Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth in the Western North Carolina territory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
    • Identify and pursue new business through prospecting, networking, and building relationships.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Understand customer requirements, and provide the appropriate product solutions to service their needs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
    • Maintain and develop new and existing customers in the Western NC territory

 Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
    • Proven sales experience in a technical or industrial setting.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
