Otis AT400 Door Operator Motor Replacement

Piedmont Technical Sales can also assist with Dunkermotoren gearmotor assemblies used in certain Otis AT400 elevator door operator applications. These motors have been sold in the elevator market under Otis part numbers including AAA24350BL1 and AAA24350BL2.

Although the Otis/Unitec spare-part path for these AT400 door operator motors has been discontinued, the underlying Dunkermotoren motor configuration may still be available through Piedmont Technical Sales as a replacement option sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Elevator maintenance companies and service contractors can contact PTS with the Otis part number, motor nameplate photos and quantity needed.

As an authorized Dunkermotoren distributor, Piedmont Technical Sales can source and support the broader Dunkermotoren product line, including the motor and gearmotor types listed below.
