Itoh Denki is a leading manufacturer of motorized conveyor rollers and conveyor automation components, best known for its Power Moller® product line. The Power Moller is a self-contained motorized roller designed to simplify conveyor system design by integrating the motor and gearbox inside the roller tube. This compact design helps reduce conveyor profile, save space, eliminate exposed chains and sprockets, and provide clean, quiet, low-vibration material handling for modern manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and production automation systems.

The Power Moller product family is built around 24V DC motor-driven rollers in multiple diameters, including 32.0 mm, 48.6 mm, 57.0 mm, 60.5 mm, and 63.5 mm models. Standard features across many models include brushless DC motors for long service life, ABEC 1 bearings, zinc-plated carbon steel or DOM tubing, variable speed control, dynamic braking, spring-loaded shaft options, and compact wiring through dedicated driver cards. Their driver cards and controllers provide the electrical intelligence needed for precise conveyor control, including stable speed functions, dynamic brake control, direction control, adjustable acceleration and deceleration, error indication, and thermal overload protection. The catalog includes standard driver cards such as the CB-016S7, CBK-109F, CBM-103F, and CBM-105F, as well as ZPA hybrid driver cards and Ethernet/IP controllers such as the HB-510, HBM-604B-UL, HBK-608F, IB-E03B, and IB-E04F. These controls allow Power Moller rollers to be used in both standalone conveyor zones and PLC-integrated conveyor systems.

Beyond individual rollers, Itoh Denki also offers conveyor modules for transfer and sortation applications. The catalog includes flat right-angle transfer modules such as the F-RAT-S300 and F-RAT-NX75, which provide 90-degree transfer without pneumatics, along with the Multi-Angle Ball Sorter for angled package diversion and the Slide Open Gate for powered conveyor access points. These modules use 24V DC motorized roller technology to reduce mechanical complexity while supporting high-throughput package handling, directional transfer, and flexible conveyor layouts.
